Shipping and Returns

If you do not like our products then please contact us within 14 days after your purchase. We will arrange for pickup of your product and refund the amount of your purchase within 7 working days once we receive the returned product undamaged and in good condition.

All our products are well packed, each speaker in its own box. A set of speakers is sealed and strapped on a small minipallet. Please make sure that you store both the cardboard boxes and the pallet. We only accept return shipments if the speakers again are secured on the mini pallet.
